Job Title: FINANCE MANAGER

Huuza Employment Agency Rwanda Ltd is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to oversee and manage the hotel’s financial operations. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, effective cost management, and full compliance with Rwandan financial and tax regulations. The Finance Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis while working closely with hotel management to enhance profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainable growth.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage
3. Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and budgeting
5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
6. Good understanding of Rwandan tax laws and financial regulations
7. High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
8. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines

Preferred Skills

1. Experience working with hotel management systems (PMS) and hospitality accounting tools
2. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
3. Ability to provide clear financial reports to non-finance management
