Job Description

Huuza Agency Group Ltd is looking for a disciplined, reliable, and computer-literate Operations & Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment, staffing, candidate registration, employer follow-up, job posting, and CRM operations.

The selected candidate will manage daily recruitment activities, update candidate and employer records, post jobs through the Huuza Jobook portal, support candidates and employers to use the system, and prepare daily operational reports.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Register, screen, and update candidate information
  2. Post job opportunities on the Huuza Jobook portal/backend system
  3. Assist candidates to create profiles, apply for jobs, and use the platform correctly
  4. Assist employers to submit job requests and use the system effectively
  5. Update and maintain the CRM system with candidate, employer, placement, and follow-up records
  6. Follow up with employers regarding staffing needs and pending placements
  7. Match suitable candidates with available job opportunities
  8. Track candidate status, employer requests, payments, placements, and complaints
  9. Support WhatsApp, phone, and online communication professionally
  10. Prepare daily operational reports for management


Job Requirements

Education and qualifications:

  1. Minimum A2 certificate required; A1 or Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage
  2. Background in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, ICT, Office Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
  3. Basic knowledge of recruitment, staffing, customer care, or employment services is an added advantage
  4. Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Forms, email, and online systems
  5. Ability to use website portals, CRM systems, and online dashboards
  6. Good communication skills in Kinyarwanda and English
  7. Strong organizational, reporting, and follow-up skills
  8. High level of honesty, confidentiality, discipline, and accountability
  9. Ability to work with targets, deadlines, and daily reporting requirements

Required practical skills:

  1. Ability to post and update jobs on an online job portal
  2. Ability to manage candidate and employer data in CRM or spreadsheet systems
  3. Ability to guide candidates and employers on how to use an online recruitment platform
  4. Ability to verify candidate information and maintain accurate records
  5. Ability to prepare clear daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports

Preferred candidate profile:

The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, confident in using digital systems, and able to work with minimal supervision. Huuza needs someone who can build order, follow up consistently, and support the growth of a professional recruitment system.
