Job Title: RECEPTIONIST – MUSANZE

Huuza Employment Agency Rwanda Ltd, on behalf of our client in Musanze, is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join their motel team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, handling customer inquiries, supporting check-in and check-out procedures, managing reception-related activities, and providing professional customer service.

Candidates with previous experience in reception or hospitality, or who have studied Hospitality, are encouraged to apply.

1. Previous experience in reception or hospitality is required, or the candidate must have studied Hospitality.
2. Good customer-service and communication skills.
3. Professional, polite and respectful attitude.
4. Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
